Rick O'Hara & Associates, Inc. (ROA-Inc.) was established in 1982. Licensed as a Real Estate Broker by the California Department of Real Estate (License #00843954 ), ROA-Inc. enjoys an excellent reputation with its borrower and lender clients.

The Company offers "second generation" experience, serving (in many cases) "second generation" clients.

President and Broker Rick O'Hara, along with Vice-President and Licensee Jill O'Hara, have worked hard to develop and maintain the professionalism and expertise for which the Company is recognized.

The company -- and it's personnel -- has extensive experience in dealing with unique real estate loan situations - both from the perspective of the borrower and the lender.
